I. Deposit

The User can only add money to or take money out of his or her account with his or her own credit card, debit card, or other payment method. The name on the credit card or bank account that is used to make a deposit or get a payout must match the name on the User’s Account.

It is against the law to deposit money that you obtained illegally. In order to prevent fraud, we reserve the right to pay any withdrawal request in part or in full using the same method of payment that was used to make one or more deposits. We also reserve the right to pay any withdrawals you ask for straight to your bank card or e-Wallet account.

Funds that have been deposited are available on the Account within a reasonable amount of time after the deposit has been confirmed unless extra verification steps are needed, as described in Section I, Clause 11.

2. Withdrawals

• The Websites make clear the withdrawal options that are available, which may vary depending on the market from which the User is accessing them.
• The User must successfully complete the KYC procedure at his account in order to withdraw money from the account. Prior to processing payouts, Jungliwin reserves the right to verify the User’s identity and the source of any deposited funds. Withdrawals may also be delayed while the User’s identity is verified. Rules for refunds and chargebacks

1. A chargeback is the process of reversing funds from the User’s account on Jungliwin.com if the User has sufficient information to believe that the transaction was invalid or fraudulent.

2. If supported, the following list roughly outlines the grounds on which the User may submit a chargeback request:

• No transaction details have been delivered to the cardholder;
• The cardholder has not given their consent for the transaction;
• The account number is incorrect;

• No permission has been granted;
• The product or service was not delivered to the user;
• The credit card was not used before it expired;
• A mistake in the field for the payment amount;

• The payment was made for the incorrect sum;
• Fraudulent transaction
• The transaction time exceeds the VISA or MasterCard limit;
• The card itself lacks a sample signature;
• There is a difference between the signature on the card and the bill;
• Without authorization, the Company changed the transaction amount.
• The Company intentionally took part in a shady deal;
• An invalid transaction date and time;
• If the disputed transaction involved a telephone or email order;
• The refund attempt failed to cancel the transaction;
• The User’s bank unintentionally approved the transaction, but later it was reversed.
• It was discovered that this was an error; for instance, there were insufficient funds or the card had already been blocked.

3. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the bank if they find a debit on their statement that was not initiated by them. If the bank determines that the User has been duped or that the transaction was fraudulent, it will look into the matter and decide whether to issue a chargeback.

4. In the event of a chargeback, the Company forfeits the funds associated with the payment, the commission paid to handle the transaction, the currency conversion fee (if the payment was made in a currency other than the trading account’s currency), as well as the penalty the Company has paid to the bank for each chargeback.

5. You agree that should we get a chargeback request for that Account, we have the right to block the Account. 7. The Company decides on the refund on its own; in this case, it forgoes paying the bank any fines but forfeits the commision for the transfer and conversion.

8. Justifications or bases for a refund
An approximate list of justifications for the User’s right to request a refund, if supported by evidence, follows:

• You unintentionally have money added to your account;
• Without your knowledge, money has been fraudulently removed from your card and staked.
• After placing a wager, the User never received the good or service;
• Services haven’t been rendered entirely, etc.

7. The User shall send an email to support@jungliwin.com with such a request stating the reasons for a refund if the User or the Company believes that the User’s funds shall be refunded and there are grounds for that. The Company is required to respond to the request within two days and send a letter outlining the reasons for denying it or a notification of refund to the email associated with the user account.

8. The Company acknowledges that you consume our products instantly while playing. Therefore, when playing, we are unable to offer refunds, money back, or cancellation of the requested service. When you use real money to play a game, the money is immediately deducted from your player account.

Taxes and Fees

Anti-Fraud Policy

If Casbit Group N.V. has a good reason to think that the User has been involved in or connected to any kind of fraud (based on anti-fraud, anti-cheating, and collusion detection practices used by Casbit Group N.V., its gaming partners, and other suppliers, which are common in the gambling and gaming industry), including, but not limited to:

• taking part in any kind of agreement with other Users;
• development of strategies designed to get unfair wins;
• fraudulent actions against Casbit Group N.V. or its payment providers;
• transactions with chargebacks;
• using software or analysis systems from a third party;
• making more than one account;
• using unfair outside influences or factors (also called “cheating”);
• or go broke in the country where he or she lives.

If the User is found to have done one or more of these things or other similar things, JungliWin has the right to close the user’s account and stop paying the user. This decision is up to JungliWin alone, and the user will not be told why. JungliWin also has the right to tell the governing bodies in the User’s country about any fraudulent actions taken by the User.

If Casbit Group N.V. has a good reason to think that the User has been involved in or linked to any kind of fraud (based on anti-fraud, anti-cheating, and collusion detection practices used by Casbit Group N.V., its gaming partners, and other suppliers, which are common in the gambling and gaming industry) or that the User’s account is being used in a suspicious way, JungliWin has the right to close the account. The User must work with JungliWin on this check and give JungliWin any information and documents that JungliWin thinks are important.
